Your Order Is on Its Way

From the moment you place your order, we are moving. Every package that leaves IrieRelief carries a little bit of intention with it  because we know there is a real person on the other end who is ready to feel better. Here is everything you need to know about how we get your order from us to you.

Processing Your Order

We process most orders within 1 to 3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be picked up on the next business day. We do not sit on orders  when you are ready, we are ready.

How Long Shipping Takes

Once your order leaves our hands, domestic deliveries generally arrive within 5 to 10 business days. International orders typically take between 7 and 21 business days depending on your location and local carrier handling. These are estimates, not guarantees  but they reflect what most customers experience.

When Delays Happen

Occasionally, things outside our control slow a shipment down. Weather, customs processing, carrier backlogs  these are realities of shipping, and we would rather be honest about them than overpromise. If your order is running significantly late, reach out and we will help you get to the bottom of it.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email. Depending on the carrier, it can take 24 to 72 hours for tracking updates to start appearing  so if it looks quiet at first, give it a little time. Your package is moving.

Getting Your Address Right

Please take a moment to double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We send packages exactly where we are told to send them, and we are not able to reroute or recover orders lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If you catch a mistake right after ordering, contact us immediately and we will do our best to catch it in time.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a carrier marks your order as delivered, that delivery is considered complete on our end. If your package shows delivered but is nowhere to be found, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to open a delivery dispute  they have the tools and the records to investigate. We will always do our best to point you in the right direction.


Your body has been carrying a lot. The least we can do is make sure what you ordered actually reaches you.
