Delivery Timeframes
We know waiting is the hardest part. Estimated delivery windows are shared with every order as a guide, not a guarantee real-world shipping depends on carriers, regions, and factors outside our control. What we can promise is that we process orders promptly and keep you informed along the way.
For international orders, delivery timelines may be longer depending on customs clearance and local carrier handling.
Customs and Import Fees
If you are ordering from outside our domestic region, your country may apply customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival. These charges are set by your local government and are not something IrieRelief controls or collects. We recommend checking your country's import policies if you have questions before placing your order.
If Something Goes Wrong with Delivery
Missed deliveries happen. If a carrier attempts delivery and no one is available, they will typically reattempt or hold the package at a local facility. If a package is returned to us due to an address issue or an unsuccessful delivery, we will do our best to make it right though additional shipping costs may apply for reshipment.
If your tracking shows delivered but something feels off, contact us right away. We want to hear about it.
Delivery Confirmation
Once your carrier marks an order as delivered to the address provided at checkout, we consider that order fulfilled on our end. We encourage you to double-check your delivery address before completing your purchase to make sure everything reaches you without a hitch.
